New Student Enrollment

New student online enrollment (NSOE) is open each year on March 1.

Families who have not previously enrolled a student in the Nine Mile Falls School District start here:

New Family NSOE - I don't have a Skyward Family Access Account

Families who have previously enrolled a student in the District and plan to add a new student to their account start here:

  1. Log in to Skyward Family Access

  2. Select NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT from the dropdown menu.

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT include the following:

  • Birth Certificate or other document verifying student's name and date of birth. (Alternative documents could include, but are not limited to: a religious, hospital, or physician's certificate showing date of birth; an entry in a family Bible; an adoption record; an immunization record with a birthdate on it.)

  • Up-to-Date Medically Verified Immunization Record

  • Address verification document where the student resides: a current utility bill.

  • Health/Emergency Treatment Information and family registration in SchoolCare.

  • Kindergarten students must turn 5 years of age on or before August 31st.

Note: Students are not considered enrolled unless ALL forms are complete including required documents and registration in SchoolCare.

Exclusion Policy: Per WAC 246-105-080 and WAC 246-101-420, students can be excluded from school for the following reasons:

  1. Immunizations provided are not complete for requirements.

  2. Student does not have a completed and signed CIS card.

  3. Student is not immunized and an exposure of disease occurs.

Current Student Enrollment - Annual Student Verification

Online student registration for the upcoming school year - Annual Student Verification - is open each year on August 1.

Parents/Guardians click here to login to Skyward Family Access.  Select the Annual Student Verification tab that is located in the left-hand column in Family Access to get started.

Note: Students are not considered enrolled unless ALL forms are complete which include student health/emergency confirmation in SchoolCare. Please refer to the SchoolCare information page for additional information.
